Common Help Topics

Joining a group

You need an invite code from a group owner or admin. Invite codes are linked to the email address that was invited.

Password reset

Use the Forgot Password flow from the sign-in screen. Follow the email link to return to FitGroup and set a new password.

Deleting your account

Follow the account deletion instructions.

Managing a group

Owner and admin controls are available from the Manage Group screen. Some actions, such as transferring ownership, are only available to the current group owner.
