FitGroup is a private workout tracking app for small groups. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use FitGroup, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your email address and password authentication state.
• Profile information, such as your name and yearly workout goal.
• Workout information, such as workout dates and optional workout notes.
• Group information, such as group membership, role, invitations, and invite status.
• Technical information needed to keep the app secure and functioning.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Show your workout progress to members of your private group.
• Let group owners and admins invite and manage members.
• Send account, password reset, and group invitation emails.
• Protect the app from misuse and diagnose technical issues.

Group Visibility

FitGroup is designed around private groups. Members of your active group can see profile and workout progress information needed for the group experience. People outside your group do not have access to your group data through the app.

Service Providers

FitGroup uses trusted service providers to operate the app. Supabase is used for authentication, database storage, and backend functions. Resend is used for transactional emails such as group invitations.

Data Retention

We keep account, profile, group, and workout information while your account is active or as needed to operate the app. You can delete your account from the app's Profile Settings screen.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion inside FitGroup from Profile Settings. See the account deletion instructions for the steps and data details.

Your Choices

You can:

• Edit your profile information in the app.
• Change your password through the app's account tools.
• Delete your account from Profile Settings.
• Contact us with privacy questions.

Children

FitGroup is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.
