Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FitGroup account from inside the mobile app.

Delete Your Account In FitGroup

1. Open FitGroup and sign in.
2. Open Profile Settings using the settings icon.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the confirmation message and confirm deletion.

If you own a group, transfer ownership to another active member from Manage Group before deleting your account.

Data That Is Deleted

Deleting your account removes:

• Your FitGroup authentication account and sign-in access.
• Your profile, including your name, email address, date of birth, and yearly goal.
• Your workout history and optional workout notes.
• Your group memberships.

Data That May Be Retained

Transactional email delivery records and limited operational or security logs may be retained temporarily by our service providers according to their retention policies. FitGroup may also retain information where required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution obligations.
